If you can offer this connection to us, we can provide cost effective remote support and resolve almost all technical issues without the expense of a site visit. We can offer this as a one off or as part of an ongoing support agreement.
Our most popular support approach is designed for organisations who are confident with 90% of the operational aspects of SAP but want assurance that they are not missing something. The support involves a monthly review by a SAP BASIS expert who looks at the systems and tackles any issues that have been raised either by the technical or applications team since the last visit. These sessions also include ongoing training and development for your BASIS team and provide expert assistance and advice if required.
